3. Clean up your contact database
If you have been using the same CRM for the past 5 years, or if you don't know what a CRM is, it's likely you are missing out on new technology that can save you time and energy. Consider using ACT, Salesforce or Infusionsoft. We use Infustionsoft and love it. To watch an overview video, click here. For more information about Infusionsoft, click here.

4. Clean up your office and calendar
Is your desk cluttered? Are you always rushing from meeting to meeting with important work left unfinished? Consider hiring a professional organizer to help you become more efficient with your work and schedule. Here's an organizer we recommend.

5. Clean up your employees
Don't start over. But, if you haven't performed a review recently, now might be the time. Make sure they understand and embrace your mission. Be open, they might see areas for improvement that you're missing. Here's a link to a great employee review template.

6. Clean up your Expenses
How much are you spending on business insurance? Bank service fees? Internet service? Office cleaning? Bookkeeping? Tax Prep? Review your expenses and consider quoting new vendors. Contact us if you need a referral.

7. Clean up your day to day operations
What processes do you have in place that may need adjusting to create a more smooth work flow? Do you empower employees to make minor decisions and provide them with consistent access to the decision maker for larger ones? Learn how to apply Christian values to your day to day business operations by attending a Christian business conference, hire a consultant or join an iron-sharpens-iron organization to learn from other business professionals. We have several we recommend and would be happy to refer you.

May your spring cleaning help you to be more effective and efficient in your business!
